Hotel Info
The Iowa Thespian Chapter Board (ITCB) has contacted several local hotels and, when possible, arranged special rates. Each hotel has received a copy of the Thespian Code of Conduct and curfew rules. Please make hotel reservations early. Students must respect the hotel staff and the other guests. Curfew must be observed. Remember that guests may be sleeping, so be quiet in the hallways and rooms when leaving for or returning from festival events. Hotel management will report behavior problems to the ITCB as well as the troupe director. Offending troupes may be censured and placed on probation for subsequent events. Any troupes with problems for two or more years WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to attend future thespian events.
The ITCB would prefer that you make all the hotel reservations personally.
Please identify yourself when making your (early) reservations and refer to the Iowa Thespian Festival when booking your rooms. Rooms have NOT BEEN RESERVED for you. The hotels listed below have been contacted by the ITCB and are eager to be your festival hotel.
The following is a list of some of the hotels in the Davenport area. Many of the following have weekend / group rates if you call early. All of the following have free hot breakfasts and are within 5 to 10 minutes of the Thespian Festival site.
